This assessment uses the 60-question O*NET Interest Profiler Short Form, a U.S. Department of Labor career exploration instrument based on Holland's RIASEC model.

Rate how much you would like or dislike doing each activity. Focus on the activity itself rather than salary, status, or how much training it requires.

Inward Atlas shows each interest area on a 0–100 transformed scale for readability. This preserves the ordering of the official 10-item area sums but is not an O*NET percentile score.
