A 32-item research-adapted profile of innovativeness, risk-taking, proactiveness, competitiveness, achievement orientation, and learning orientation in an educational/early-career context.

This assessment uses the 32 final items reported for the Entrepreneurial Orientation Scale (EOS), developed with vocational-training students.

The source study validated a six-factor structure in a Spanish-language educational sample. The paper provides English translations of the items, which Inward Atlas uses here; that English translation has not been independently validated by Inward Atlas, so this implementation is conservatively labeled Level B.

Entrepreneurial orientation describes tendencies and preferences. It does not predict whether you will start a company, raise funding, earn money, or succeed as a founder.

The article is CC BY. The final 32-item six-factor model and English translations of the original Spanish items are reported in Table 2. Inward Atlas uses those reported English translations with an agreement scale oriented from disagree to agree, reverse-keying the two negatively worded items. Because the English translations were not independently validated as an English-language version in the source study, Inward Atlas labels this implementation Level B.
